2/5: easy
3/5: medium
4/5: hard
5/5: very hard
Terrain:
1/5: very easy, available to everyone, short track
2/5: easy, little change in altitude.
3/5: medium, easily accessible in general.
4/5: hard, longer and you must be reasonably fit.
5/5: very hard, for people who are in good shape regularly.
